Jalpa Waghela is a dedicated educator with over a decade of teaching experience in India and is finishing her Master of Arts in leadership graduate program to further enhance her leadership and educational skills. Her teaching journey has equipped her with a diverse set of skills and experiences enriching her approach to education. These include effective classroom management as honing the art of creating a conducive learning environment where every student feels valued and engaged. Recognizing every student is unique, Jalpa has mastered the ability to tailor her teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs. She is adept at crafting creative and stimulating lesson plans fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. She believes in the power of constructive feedback to facilitate student growth and has developed strategies to provide meaningful assessments. Strong communication skills are at the core of effective teaching and Jalpa excels in conveying complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. She also holds the responsible adult certification, demonstrating commitment to maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students. Jalpa has also applied for an independent teaching license in Canada, showcasing her dedication to continuing her teaching journey in a new educational landscape. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is deeply passionate about the arts, particularly in the realms of art and craft. She finds immense joy in creating and expressing herself through painting and various forms of artistic expression. This passion not only enriches her own life but also enhances her ability to bring creativity into her teaching, making learning a more engaging experience for the students.
