Abstract

At present and in this continuously changing environment, especially in the financial system, various companies such as banks, financial consulting services, tax advisory corporations, and risk management firms are among the companies facing many challenges. These challenges, driven by technological development, change in regulation, and growing customer demands, require a competent, flexible, and creative workforce in a continuous learning process.
