Networking is a crucial component for art studio leaders to foster growth, secure collaborations, and enhance visibility, yet maintaining trust in these relationships is a significant challenge. Studies show 85% of job opportunities are filled through networking, highlighting its importance (Samdanis & Lee, 2021). Art studio leaders must balance professional expansion with ethical leadership, ensuring long-term, value-aligned partnerships. This study examines leadership-driven networking strategies within the creative industry, focusing on servant leadership, stewardship, and complexity leadership. A systematic review was conducted using EBSCO and JSTOR databases, filtering for peer-reviewed studies on networking, leadership, and social media. Key themes uncovered included the role of leadership in building trust, the impact of digital networking, and the sustainability of professional relationships (Liu, 2022). These insights are vital for navigating competitive creative environments while maintaining artistic integrity.
