Xuewu Luo has two decades of expertise in the tourism sector, specializing in coordinating outbound visits and conferences for Chinese citizens. With a keen eye for detail, he successfully led his company through ISO certification processes, ensuring adherence to international standards, while also dedicating himself to various non-profit endeavors, focusing on advancing education and employment opportunities for marginalized groups. As the chief editor of a series of publications on supportive employment strategy theory and practice, he demonstrated his commitment to promoting social inclusion and equity. Xuewu Luo completed his Master of Arts in leadership at Trinity Western University to enhance his leadership skills and broaden his knowledge base in order to leverage his extensive industry experience and passion for social impact to contribute meaningfully to both academic and professional domains.
