Soumya Singh has built a successful career in human resources, spanning customer service roles, human resource operations management, and leadership development work. She has dedicated a decade to human resource strategy implementation where she achieved superior results in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational performance enhancement. Her human resource expertise includes recruitment, onboarding performance management, and employee engagement while being committed to building a positive workplace culture. Soumya Singh's professional career started at Tata AIG General Insurance where she efficiently resolved retail and corporate claims queries to provide timely resolutions for satisfied customers before moving on to Atharva College of Engineering as a human resource executive to optimize faculty onboarding practices alongside recruitment administration and compliance with university grants commission regulations. Soumya Singh holds a postgraduate diploma in business management from the School of Management Sciences at Varanasi, as well as both a Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University at Jaunpur. She further pursued a Master of Arts in leadership at Trinity Western University in Canada to expand her knowledge of leadership and organizational development. Soumya Singh's language skills in English and Hindi enable her to communicate efficiently with teams from different backgrounds.
