She completed her MBA from Xavier Institute of Management in 2016 and has since worked across multiple organizations, specializing in business process reengineering, project management, stakeholder management, and organizational transformation. Her work focuses on enhancing operational efficiency while fostering a workplace culture promoting employee engagement and collaboration. Shreya Agarwal further pursued a Master of Arts in leadership at Trinity Western University in Canada where she expanded her expertise in leadership strategies, organizational development, and employee engagement frameworks. Her research explores how effective leadership practices can drive sustainable engagement and retention, particularly in professional service organizations.
