Sahar Aslan Pour has more than 10 years of experience in the human resource management of an Iranian offshore oil company as the recruitment expert in Tehran, Iran. Prior to working in the offshore oil sector, she worked alongside the head of staff affairs of the Iranian offshore oil company for about seven years. Sahar Aslan Pour has a Bachelor of Science in English translation and a Master of Arts in executive management. Her research interests include motivation and productivity in the Iranian offshore oil sector. Currently, she is pursuing the Master of Arts in leadership degree in Canada. Sahar Aslan Pour loves to spend time with her family and enjoys watching movies with her daughter.
