Rochelle Fernandez is a dedicated and accomplished human resource (HR) professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, stakeholder engagement, employee relations, and HR operations. She holds a Master of Business Administration in human resources from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and further pursued a Master of Arts in leadership in the business stream at Trinity Western University, bringing a strong academic foundation to her HR practice. As deputy manager of HR at UFO Moviez India, she successfully partnered with stakeholders and business heads to drive HR initiatives aligning with business objectives. Rochelle Fernandez has led talent management strategies, policy implementation, and HR system design to adapt to the evolving workforce and organizational needs. Beyond her corporate contributions, she is an active HR volunteer at Connections Community Services Society, where she applies her expertise to support community-driven initiatives. She is a Chartered Professional candidate in human resources and holds a certification in HR business partnering.
