Dr. Razieh Abdolazimi is a healthcare professional with a strong background in medicine, aesthetics, and leadership. She holds a Doctor of Medicine from the Islamic Azad University of Najafabad and has over a decade of experience in the medical field. Her career includes three years as a family physician in Iran and seven years specializing in medical aesthetics. She further pursued a Master of Arts in healthcare leadership from Trinity Western University, with a focus on ethical leadership, decision-making frameworks, and the intersection of healthcare and business strategy. Her academic research explores leadership theories, organizational ethics, and values-based leadership in healthcare settings. She is passionate about promoting sustainable healthcare practices and ethical decision-making within both corporate and medical environments. In addition to her academic and professional pursuits, Dr. Razieh Abdolazimi has interests in medical education, patient-centered care, and innovation in aesthetic medicine. She is working to integrate her international medical background into Canada’s healthcare system, with a particular focus on sonography and advanced aesthetic treatments. Her goal is to combine her clinical expertise and leadership skills to enhance patient care and contribute to the advancement of healthcare practices in both traditional and aesthetic fields.
