Prabhjot Kaur has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Punjabi University Patiala and further pursued a Master of Arts in leadership from Trinity Western University in Canada. She has worked as an accountant in India, allowing her to combine financial knowledge with ethical leadership practices. Prabhjot Kaur’s research focus is on leadership and organizational decision-making, leadership in organizational finance, staff engagement, and management performance. Her research explores how transformational servant leadership combined with results-based leadership allows leaders to achieve better financial outcomes, operational effectiveness, and sustainable achievements combining both financial management excellence and ethical leadership practices. Prabhjot Kaur maintains a mindset of entrepreneurship to establish future businesses, using her financial expertise together with leadership experience and strategic planning abilities to create sustainable ethical solutions.
