Over the past eight years at Huawei Technologies, he has played a crucial role in supervising, maintaining, and monitoring customer data centers for one of the largest mobile operators. His expertise spans 3G, 4G LTE networks, RAN, and transmission systems, with a proven track record of optimizing network performance and leading successful projects. Muhammad Faisal Iqbal’s contributions have earned him multiple prestigious awards, including the Bright Star Award (2019, 2022) for individual excellence, the Outstanding Service Engineer Award (2018) for delivering solutions in a 3G/LTE swap project, and the RAN Backoffice Engineer Award (2017) for sharing advanced 3G/LTE knowledge with his peers.
