Melika Mahdavian has significant experience in architecture and construction, having worked on several commercial and residential projects in Iran. Her professional background enables her to effectively oversee projects from the conceptual design phase to the construction phase of both exterior and interior design. She ensures each project is functional, beautiful, and strong. Besides design, Melika Mahdavian has led construction project timelines, budgets, scope of work, and resources. Understanding that the role of a project manager requires leadership coupled with business acumen, she went on to pursue a Master of Arts in leadership in business from Trinity Western University, equipping her with enhanced understanding of top management skills and strategic organizational processes combining technology and leadership. Melika Mahdavian’s interests include the construction and design industry, and emphasis on leadership and best practices in team collaboration, decision making, and project management. She is currently deepening her business leadership skills while continuing to apply her architectural experience to emerging challenges within the field.
