Mahtash Baniardalan
Mahtash Baniardalan is a PharmD pharmacist and healthcare provider with a strong academic background in neuropharmacology and pharmaceutical sciences. She earned her PharmD from Isfahan University of Medical Sciences where her research was on the bacterial safety of enteral feeds. Mahtash Baniardalan has contributed to several neuroscience publications, focusing on dopamine receptors, morphine sensitization, and the role of the hypothalamus in pain modulation. With extensive experience in pharmacy practice, she has worked in clinical and community pharmacy settings, including serving as the founder and pharmacist in charge at Dr. Baniardalan Pharmacy. Mahtash Baniardalan further pursued a Master of Arts in healthcare leadership where her research focused on participative leadership strategies to enhance healthcare equity. Her areas of interest include results-based leadership, servant leadership in community health, and reducing systemic biases in healthcare access for minority populations. She has received academic honors, including a full scholarship for her PharmD, and has presented her research at international neuroscience conferences, such as the 8th FENS Forum of Neuroscience Congress.
