Lanqing Hu is an educational leader, entrepreneur, and researcher dedicated to fostering academic success through innovative teaching and personalized learning. As the founder of a leading educational and training organization, she has built a strong faculty team and developed a dynamic learning platform to support students in achieving their academic goals. Her organization specializes in tailored educational programs and enhancing student engagement and performance with a strong emphasis on collaboration between educators, parents, and learners to create individualized learning pathways. Lanqing Hu pursued a Master of Arts in leadership in the education stream from Trinity Western University, where she integrated research-based strategies with practical teaching methodologies for the enhancement of student learning outcomes. Her research focus is on effective leadership in education, instructional best practices, and the role of personalized learning in student success. She is particularly interested in how servant leadership in education can help overcome barriers to inclusive learning environments.
