Gurpreet Kaur

Gurpreet Kaur has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Delhi University and a Master of Arts in healthcare leadership from Trinity Western University. Her research interests include mental well-being with an emphasis on coping mechanisms towards psychological stress with a focus on how different leadership styles facilitate psychological well-being among mental health care practitioners. Gurpreet Kaur has authored both quantitative and qualitative research papers, with the majority of these focused on understanding human psychology and mental health. She has been involved in working with neurodivergent children and she has an interest in neurodivergence as it relates to the field of leadership. Gurpreet Kaur hopes to provide insights for leaders to better perform their duties since they have a significant impact on workers in any field. https://orcid.org/0009-0000-0964-5591
