Gurpreet Kaur
Gurpreet Kaur has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Delhi University and further pursued a Master of Arts in leadership degree with a specialization in healthcare from Trinity Western University. Her research interests include mental well-being with an emphasis on coping mechanisms towards psychological stress. Gurpreet Kaur’s research focuses on how different leadership styles affect facilitating psychological well-being among mental health practitioners and she has engaged in authoring research papers and conducting quantitative and qualitative research studies, with the majority of these focused on understanding human psychology and mental health. Beyond academics, Gurpreet Kaur has been involved in working with neurodivergent children and her current research interest represents an early contribution of neurodivergence to the field of leadership. She believes leaders have a significant impact on workers in any field and it is important to identify these in order for leaders to better perform their duties.
