Babak Nemati has an extensive professional background, including designing management information systems for Abfar Company Branch, researcher of future studies and strategic management, as well as manager of Future Knowledge Approach Institute with his master’s degree from ITCC Britain Institute on PMBOK and MS Project. He was a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Islamic Culture and did a comparative study of cultural education initiatives aimed at Iran's visions and plans for improving the work culture in Iran. Babak Nemati has a Master of Business Administration from Payam Noor University in Iran and a Master of Arts in leadership in the business stream from Trinity Western University in Canada.
