Studies indicate organizations with strong leadership see a 21% increase in profitability and a 17% rise in productivity and transformational leadership significantly influences employee productivity in the modern workplace, addressing concerns such as disengagement, high turnover rates, and inconsistent performance. This study focuses on contemporary work environments, including remote and hybrid models, where leadership is crucial and relevant to business management, human resources, and organizational behavior, as leadership strategies directly affect workplace efficiency and innovation. A systematic review was conducted using databases such as Google Scholar and Academic Search Complete, uncovering key themes including transformational leadership’s role in employee engagement, psychological capital, digital literacy, and burnout reduction. These themes highlight transformational leadership’s impact on workforce motivation and organizational resilience. Future research can incorporate quantitative surveys to measure transformational leadership effectiveness across industries and qualitative case studies can explore transformational leadership practices in dynamic work settings.
