Achievement levels improve for students when schools and parents establish good lines of communication although maintaining parent participation remains difficult for many educational facilities. Students with strong parent-teacher communication perform better academically and stay more motivated. The challenge with communication stems from difficulties such as technological limitations, time shortages, and speaking obstacles between parents and teachers. Effective parental cooperation with teachers enables students to experience better support while improving their academic performance. This study is a systematic review of the literature through database searches and three main concepts were identified in the research: strong connections between teachers and parents, cultural understanding, and technological impact. These concepts play an essential role since they enable schools to better interact with parents to promote student success. Future research can conduct both qualitative parent and teacher interviews to understand their experiences and quantitative surveys to assess the impact of AI-based school communication systems. Students reach higher academic levels and feel stronger support with better communication systems.
