Xinxin Zhang

Xinxin Zhang has over a decade of experience in international education, specializing in partnership development, student advising, program design, marketing, sales, and project management. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in fostering collaborations between universities in North America and China, supporting sustainable educational initiatives and student success. Xinxin Zhang holds an associate’s degree in communication studies from Everett Community College, USA, as well as a master’s degree in intercultural communication from Anglia Ruskin University, UK, and further pursued a master’s degree in leadership at Trinity Western University, Canada, where she focused on organizational growth and leadership dynamics in small, rapidly growing education organizations with culturally diverse customers. Her research interests center on sustainable organizational growth, international education, global citizenship, and intercultural communication. Passionate about enhancing cross-border educational partnerships, Xinxin Zhang aims to contribute to the field through research and practice, supporting institutions in developing resilient, globally inclusive learning environments. https://orcid.org/0009-0001-4667-476X
