Wai Yu Fung has a decade of experience directing a prominent advertising agency in Hong Kong in both the public and private sectors of the advertising industry. Wai Yu Fung took on leadership responsibilities, including casting vision and inspiring and managing teams. She led cross-functional teams of designers, strategists, and copywriters, ensuring all members aligned with the company's goals. Wai Yu Fung earned a Bachelor of Arts in fashion design from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She moved to Canada to expand her horizons and enhance her professional skills with a Master of Arts in leadership business stream from Trinity Western University, an organized academic endeavour to enrich her insight into leadership dynamics and position her as a distinguished talent in new advertising sectors. Currently, Wai Yu Fung prioritizes cross-departmental collaboration to align all teams towards shared objectives, believing a collaborative framework and strong communication and leadership skills are essential for successful campaigns and overall business success.
