Wai Man Lui has over 15 years of experience in the finance industry in Hong Kong, specializing in the security brokerage sector, including working in an international investment bank in Hong Kong as a team manager where she was responsible for the post-trade processes operations for equity and foreign exchange deals. At a multinational bank in Hong Kong, she built up her strong equity operations knowledge and rotated within the post-trades processing team, leading to a solid foundation within the industry. As a leader, Wai Man dealt with different stakeholders, including institutional and private clients, regulatory bodies, internal and external counterparties, auditors and vendors for the best outcome of day-to-day and ad hoc duties. Wai Man Lui received her Bachelor of Business in finance from the Hong Kong Baptist University, her Master of Science in China business studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a Master of Arts in leadership from Trinity Western University in Canada. She is the mother of three sons and enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with the family.
