Shamandeep Kaur holds a bachelor's degree in education from India and further pursued a master’s degree in leadership in the education stream at Trinity Western University in Canada. With a strong passion for teaching and educational leadership, she is dedicated to fostering student success and enhancing instructional strategies. Her research interests focus on transformational servant leadership, curriculum development, and the integration of digital technology in education. She is particularly interested in creating inclusive and student-centered learning environments that support diverse cultural perspectives. Professionally, Shamandeep Kaur has experience in both teaching and academic leadership, working on initiatives to improve teacher effectiveness and student engagement. She has collaborated on projects addressing digital literacy, multicultural inclusivity, and professional development for educators.
