Sepideh ShokriKalan is an experienced manager in the auto parts industry, specializing in commercial management, purchasing, and sales. At Yazdan Khodro Company, she managed supplier relations, procurement, and sales strategies. As a board member, she gained insight into business management areas such as quality control, human resources, strategic planning, and budgeting. She has led major initiatives, including the development of over 100 new products, launching Yazdan Khodro’s first official exports, and optimizing inventory management to reduce costs. She has also restructured purchasing operations, refined job roles, and trained teams to improve efficiency. Sepideh ShokriKalan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Urmia University and completed an advanced management training program in Hamburg, Germany, in 2019, organized by GIZ. She also holds ISO 9001:2008 and IATF 16949:2016 certifications and further pursued a Master of Arts in leadership at Trinity Western University in Canada. Beyond her corporate roles, Sepideh ShokriKalan has trained professionals, sharing expertise gained through her international training in Germany.
