Sadaf Mostajabian
Sadaf Mostajabian has a strong academic and professional background in architecture, combining expertise in design, sustainable construction, and interior spaces. She earned a Master of Architecture from the University of Tehran, gaining knowledge in spatial planning and built environment design, and further pursued a Master of Arts in leadership at Trinity Western University in Canada. After starting work on homes businesses and cultural learning facilities, she dedicated her focus to the combination of design excellence with usability. Sadaf Mostajabian works on multidisciplinary teams focusing on architectural design as well as project coordination alongside interior design responsibilities. She meets with clients along with controlling conceptual work while inspecting construction to validate projects fulfill user needs and maintain professional standards. Her research explores connections between architecture, leadership, and organizational development, emphasizing design’s influence on leadership effectiveness. She studies transformational and servant leadership models to enhance teamwork and decision-making in design-driven industries. By integrating leadership principles into architecture, she aims to create collaborative and efficient work environments. Sadaf Mostajabian was a finalist in a post-COVID-19 design competition, focusing on spaces for children with her design addressing safety, adaptability, and engagement in public environments.
