Sachini Pramuditha Gunathunga Enadi is an accomplished legal and administrative professional with a strong background in property law, corporate governance, and construction industry regulations. She has over a decade of experience serving as a legal officer cum company secretary at Central Engineering Services where she was responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, overseeing compliance, and managing corporate legal affairs. Her previous roles include serving as a retained lawyer for the National Development Bank and as a legal consultant specializing in property law and banking regulations. Sachini Pramuditha Gunathunga Enadi pursued a master’s in business leadership at Trinity Western University in Canada where she actively engaged in research on labor law reforms and servant leadership in the Canadian construction industry with a research focus on strengthening labor laws to enhance ethical leadership and workplace well-being in the construction sector. She is particularly interested in how servant leadership principles can improve employee engagement, retention, and overall industry sustainability.
