Paria Safar Pour holds a Master of Science in microbiology from Tehran University and further pursued a Master of Arts in business leadership from Trinity Western University, giving her expertise and experience in both scientific research and business management. She has worked as an internal manager for a construction company where she gained expertise in organizational operations, project management, and leadership. Paria Safar Pour’s research interests include organizational behavior, servant leadership, and employee engagement, bridging her scientific background with leadership practices in the areas of leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational change, particularly in science-driven industries. She is passionate about ethical leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration and is exploring career opportunities in both microbiology and leadership in Canada while considering a Ph.D. to deepen her expertise in organizational development. With a unique blend of scientific and leadership knowledge, Paria Safar Pour aims to contribute to industries by integrating technical innovation with effective management strategies to foster sustainable success.
