Nikta Nabavi Fard holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and further pursued a master’s degree in leadership in the healthcare stream at Trinity Western University in Canada, both providing her with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, motivation, and organizational dynamics - key components in effective leadership within healthcare settings. Her research focus is on transformational leadership, employee retention, team performance, and patient outcomes in healthcare. She is particularly interested in how leadership strategies influence workplace morale, interdisciplinary collaboration, burnout mitigation among healthcare professionals, and exploring evidence-based leadership models and their direct impact on healthcare organizations.
