After earning her bachelor's degree in accounting from one of the most prestigious universities in Iran, Neda Rezaei Jouchi began her professional career at an industrial manufacturing company that was one of Iran’s largest exporters of water and sewage pipes and corrugated sheets. During this time, she expanded her knowledge and expertise in industrial accounting before joining a major automotive manufacturer as an accountant in the sales accounting department where she was key in managing financial and sales operations. Neda Rezaei Jouchi further pursued a Master of Arts in leadership at Trinity Western University in Canada to acquire the skills for establishing her own business. Her research focuses on the impact of servant leadership on employee trust, one of the most critical factors for the success of any organization. By merging her financial expertise with her growing leadership skills, Neda Rezaei Jouchi aims to foster trust, innovation, and efficiency in work environments to drive sustainable growth.
