The choice of researching transformational leadership stems from Monika Clement’s background and professional experiences and her research interests include topics related to leadership and motivation. Monika Clement served as a lead prep teacher in the United States where she gained hands-on experience in fostering inclusive and innovative educational environments and was honoured with the Best Teacher award recognizing her dedication to teaching excellence.
