Monika Clement
Monika Clement holds associate’s degrees in child psychology and child development, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and master’s degrees in social work and leadership. With over a decade of experience in the education field, Monika Clement has developed a solid foundation in understanding the dynamics of leadership and its impact on organizational culture. The choice of researching transformational leadership stems from Monika Clement’s background and professional experiences and her research interests include topics related to leadership and motivation. Monika Clement served as a lead prep teacher in the United States where she gained hands-on experience in fostering inclusive and innovative educational environments and was honoured with the Best Teacher award recognizing her dedication to teaching excellence.
