Mona Gorji Azandaryani has experience in healthcare and midwifery leadership, providing maternal care and supporting deliveries in hospital and community settings while ensuring patient-centered care and evidence-based practice, and prioritizing patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and healthcare service improvement. She works as a program facilitator supporting adults with autism through individualized programs promoting independence and well-being while fostering a collaborative care environment and advocating for person-centered approaches in community healthcare. Mona Gorji Azandaryani holds a bachelor’s degree in midwifery from Islamic Azad University in Iran and further pursued a master’s degree in healthcare leadership from Trinity Western University in Canada. Her leadership focus is on ethical decision-making, system transformation, and reducing healthcare disparities, particularly in improving access to specialist care, with research interests in leadership development, exploring ways to enhance healthcare efficiency and accessibility, and contributing to system-wide improvements through servant and transformational leadership approaches.
