Mehrnoosh Hajian
Mehrnoosh Hajian has over a decade of experience in teaching and performance management, having previously served as a high school English teacher in Iran. Mehrnoosh Hajian also has a background in financial stewardship and results-based accountability, with a strong focus on educational innovation and stakeholder engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English literature from Iran and a Master of Arts in leadership education stream from Trinity Western University in Canada. Her research interests focus on the influence of AI on student engagement, and she has her Early Childhood Education certification with practical experience in the Montessori method. Mehrnoosh Hajian’s dedication to lifelong learning and passion for transformational leadership drive her commitment to making a meaningful impact in her community through education and leadership.
