Mehak holds a Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University, a Bachelor of Education from Maharshi Dayanand University, and further pursued a Master of Arts in leadership in the education stream at Trinity Western University. She has experience teaching elementary school environmental science courses where she honed her expertise in curriculum development, student engagement, and differentiated instruction. Her teaching experience provided her with valuable insights into early childhood education, fostering inquiry-based learning, and creating inclusive classroom environments. Mehak’s academic focus includes educational leadership, policy implementation, and pedagogical innovation with her research interests centering on curriculum design, student-centered learning, and the role of leadership in enhancing educational practices. She is particularly interested in exploring the intersection of leadership and instructional strategies to improve learning outcomes and promote equity in education. Through her scholarly work, she aims to bridge the gap between educational theory and practice, contributing to the ongoing discourse on effective curriculum reform and leadership in education.
