Over the years, she has contributed to various clinical pharmacy and public health studies, focusing on nephrotoxicity, burnout in healthcare professionals, and pharmacotherapy in special populations. Mahtab Jafari further pursued a Master of Arts in leadership where she did graduate research in leadership in pharmacy practice. She focused on how electronic prescribing systems and collaborative leadership can enhance patient care and is particularly interested in how technology-driven solutions and interdisciplinary collaboration can improve medication safety and healthcare efficiency.
