Mahshid Mirshahi
Mahshid Mirshahi is an experienced educator and linguist with over a decade of teaching expertise in Persian and English language instruction. She has taught Persian to non-Persian speakers from diverse cultural backgrounds at Ferdowsi University and worked as an English instructor at Bayan Language Institute. Her teaching philosophy integrates traditional and innovative methods to create dynamic, engaging learning environments. Mahshid Mirshahi holds a Master of Arts in linguistics from Payame Noor University, and further pursued a Master of Arts in leadership in education from Trinity Western University, where she explored leadership strategies for fostering inclusive learning environments, as well as multiple certifications in language teaching methodologies, testing and evaluation, and the use of technology in education. She has contributed to academic research with publications exploring language pedagogy, discourse analysis, and curriculum development. Her research interests focus on language acquisition, instructional design, and inclusive education. With her expertise in developing e-learning courses, designing assessments, and enhancing student engagement, Mahshid Mirshahi continues to bridge research and practice in language education and she remains dedicated to advancing educational practices to support diverse learners and promote equity in language education.
