Her research focus is on the impact of emotional intelligence on patient care quality and leadership effectiveness in healthcare organizations. She has explored key leadership themes, including ethical leadership, servant leadership, and results-based accountability, as well as actively contributing to healthcare initiatives, earning the Corona Warrior Award and a Certificate of Merit from the Indian Society of Periodontology.
