She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in leadership, reflecting her dedication to academic excellence. Kit Ming So has trained professionally in the hospitality industry at the prestigious London Hotel West Hollywood in California. She began her journey as a front office representative to refine her customer service and operational skills. Her dedication and leadership qualities led to a promotion, and she eventually became the front office manager, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring a superior guest experience. This role was a significant milestone in Kit Ming So’s career, as she further developed her expertise in customer relations while contributing to the hotel's renowned reputation for excellence. Since 2010, Kit Ming So had the privilege of being part of Union Metal Products International, a cookware business founded in 1995. Her responsibilities have primarily involved promoting the company’s products and image, managing client relations, and overseeing sales order management. These roles have built her strong relationships with customers across various countries while ensuring the company’s high-quality cookware products are well-represented in the market.
