Hoi Ching Wong comes from a business background and co-founded a startup recruitment firm. With a passion in exploring leadership and people as catalysts of business performance, Hoi Ching Wong believes in the power of human capital and is inspired to help businesses grow with an ethical and empathetic approach. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in international hospitality and event management from Swiss Hotel Management School and University of Derby, a Master of Science in international management from Trinity College Dublin in Ireland, as well as a Master of Arts in leadership from Trinity Western University in Canada.
