Chuen Wai Lo has over two decades of experience as a spokesperson and regulator with Hong Kong’s central bank and stock exchanges. With a solid foundation in the banking and financial sectors, she is highly regarded for her advanced media and public relations expertise, as well as her extensive knowledge of banking policies and regulations. Chuen Wai Lo successfully led high-profile media campaigns, managed public enquiry and bank complaint centers, and addressed sensitive individual bank complaint cases, all aimed at promoting the stability and integrity of Hong Kong’s financial system. Chuen Wai Lo holds a Bachelor of Finance degree from the University of Hong Kong. She further developed her leadership capabilities through a Master of Arts in leadership from Trinity Western University, where she broadened her business leadership expertise and gained valuable insights by engaging with peers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
