Chi Man Wong
Chi Man Wong has 13 years of experience in law enforcement and regulatory agencies in Hong Kong, specializing in investigations, mediation, and litigation preparation. She has handled high-profile cases involving anti-discrimination laws, cartel investigations, anti-trust regulations, and personal data privacy. In 2021, she played a pivotal role in issuing the first-ever enforcement notice in Hong Kong, setting a precedent in bid-rigging cases. In addition to her regulatory expertise, she has administrative experience in the public sector, including overseeing the licensing of property management companies and managing funding for research projects. Chi Man Wong earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and an LLB in law, equipping her with legal expertise and behavioral insights essential for regulatory work.
