Arti Rani is an educator and scholar in the field of educational leadership. Her expertise includes mentoring, teacher training, and policy analysis, enabling her to contribute to educational institutions and reform initiatives. Arti Rani holds a Bachelor of Education and further pursued a Master of Arts in leadership in the education stream at Trinity Western University in Canada. Her research focus is on leadership in education, emphasizing transformational servant leadership, culturally inclusive curriculum design, and the integration of indigenous perspectives into educational frameworks. With teaching experience in India, she has worked with diverse student populations and educational systems. Now actively engaged in the Canadian education sector, Arti Rani is expanding her expertise through academic research and professional experience.
