Ahmadreza Mohammadzadeh pursued a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and a Master of Arts in leadership in business at Trinity Western University. With a decade of experience in project management, contract negotiation, and construction oversight, he has developed expertise in risk management, resource allocation, and operational leadership. His academic and professional background allow him to integrate technical problem-solving with leadership strategies to enhance workplace efficiency and team collaboration. His research focus is on servant leadership, organizational behavior, and employee well-being, particularly in high-stress industries. He explores how leadership approaches can improve employee engagement, job satisfaction, and mental health in demanding work environments. By applying leadership theories to real-world challenges, his work seeks to develop sustainable, employee-centred solutions fostering long-term organizational success. Ahmadreza Mohammadzadeh is passionate about bridging the gap between engineering project management and leadership effectiveness.
