The study investigates the efficiency of healthcare models and the impact of leadership in improving patient outcomes in India. The purpose of the research is to explore patient quality care by addressing the gap between existing healthcare leadership models and public health outcomes. The findings may help develop strong healthcare models to handle future health crises by implementing servant leadership in healthcare practice. Inefficiency in the current healthcare leadership models has healthcare workers lacking confidence in their ability to make independent decisions since current healthcare models prioritize hierarchical categorization of healthcare professionals over working collaboratively to provide quality care to patients. This study used a qualitative approach to investigate the views and perspectives of healthcare professionals on servant leadership in Indian healthcare leadership development and explored leadership in the healthcare industry. The findings highlighted empathy and stewardship as essential components of successful leadership styles since both help patients and healthcare professionals to communicate effectively and build trust. Enhancing healthcare delivery can be achieved by incorporating servant leadership principles into healthcare models and future research can use larger sample sizes and include patient participation to validate and expand upon our findings.
