Given the high personnel turnover rates and deteriorating customer satisfaction in service-oriented businesses, sustainable leadership is an essential strategy for addressing these issues. According to research, 70% of workers are disengaged from their jobs, lowering productivity and leading to unhappy consumers. Service providers who need daily employee-customer relations face heightened risk from these organizational challenges. Organizations can combine their goals with employee welfare to increase worker productivity and client service quality by using sustainable leadership approaches, including transformational leadership, emotional intelligence (EI), and servant leadership. This study was a systematic review of the literature from JSTOR, Google Scholar, and Scopus databases on the impact of sustainable leadership effects in the service industry. Three primary themes emerged from the study: transformational leadership styles promote motivation, emotional intelligence affects relationships at work, and servant leadership increases employee satisfaction. Long-term success in the service sector depends on improving customer satisfaction, service efficiency, and employee engagement. Research findings indicate sustainable leadership fosters work engagement and better performance. Future research can explore customer loyalty and how sustainable leadership affects service outcomes over time using both qualitative one-on-one interviews and quantitative longitudinal studies in service organizations.
