Job satisfaction plays a crucial role in the healthcare sector, as it directly affects employee wellness, the quality of patient care, and the organization’s performance (Smith & Brown, 2019). Nevertheless, elevated stress and burnout levels among healthcare workers lead to considerable job discontent, affecting both retention and productivity (Eva et al., 2019). This systematic review examines how servant leadership (SL) affects job satisfaction in healthcare environments, where leadership styles emphasizing employee empowerment and trust have been shown to diminish burnout and increase engagement (Bennett & Hylton, 2020). The analysis thoroughly examines peer-reviewed papers to evaluate current research on this subject. Main themes consist of psychological empowerment, confidence in leadership, and organizational culture. These elements are vital in influencing job contentment and general workplace spirit. Their importance is in fostering sustainable healthcare settings where staff feel appreciated and aided. Future studies can utilize a quantitative survey-based approach to assess the impacts of SL in various healthcare environments, and qualitative in-depth interviews can offer insights into individual experiences with SL methods.
